300 Series
Grade: 301, 304, 304/304L, 309, 316, 316/316L, 321, etc.
300 series are primarily used for kitchen equipment, electronic components, chemical instruments, medical equipment, automobile components, decorative parts, architectural materials, and other outdoor water tanks.
No. 8 Mirror Finish
Fine abrasive polish and buff are used on cold-rolled and bright-annealed sheets to create a mirror-like surface.
HL Finish
Cold-rolled and bright-annealed stainless steel. By applying abrasive and oil on the No.4 Finish, grain lines (soft stain hair-line) are then able to be brushed on the surface.
2B Finish
Undergoes the process of cold rolling, heat treatment, and pickling. A luster surface is achieved by skin pass. With a bright and smooth surface, it is easier for further grinding to obtain a brighter surface. 2B is the basis for most polished finishes.
Star Light
Special electrical coating techniques along with multiple layers of etching allow sheets to resemble star sight. It is characterized by being fingerprint-free and anti-scratch.
Etching
Patterns are pre-designed by designers or requested by end applications. Chemical etchings present these patterns on the surface.
BA Finish
Bright heat treatment after cold rolling with further skin pass to produce luster surface.
